On April 2 2013 the presentation of the results of sociological survey implemented within the framework of “RA Presidential Elections: Improving Voter Lists” project was organized at “Urbat” press club. The project was implemented with the financial assistance of the National Endowment for Democracy.

The goal of the research was to identify the level of awareness of the population on voter lists, detect inaccuracies within voter lists, as well as provide information and consultation to voters on mechanisms and procedures of correcting inaccuracies.

Information on 6932 individuals was checked through 1300 interviews.

In particular the research focused on issues included in the public agenda such as availability of people other than those registered in addresses mentioned in voter lists, deceased people within voter lists.
